Afip extendió los plazos para que monotributistas accedan a beneficios
La Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos (Afip) extendió los plazos para que las y los monotributistas accedan a los beneficios implementados por la Ley de Alivio Fiscal y la Ley de Sostenimiento e Inclusión Fiscal.
Así, el organismo encabezado por Mercedes Marcó del Pont dispuso que los pequeños contribuyentes tendrán tiempo hasta el 30 de noviembre para adherir a la moratoria para obligaciones vencidas hasta el 30 de junio de este año, con un plan de hasta 60 cuotas.
La normativa de la AFIP también extendió los plazos para ejercer las opciones de permanencia, reingreso al monotributo y de beneficios para contribuyentes cumplidores.
De esta manera, prorrogó por dos meses los plazos previstos originalmente.Los pequeños contribuyentes pueden, hasta el 30 de noviembre, regularizar sus deudas en hasta 60 cuotas con una tasa de interés máxima de 1,5%.
El plan de facilidades para que monotributistas regularicen obligaciones vencidas hasta el 30 de junio de 2021 contempla la condonación de intereses y multas.
Para poder adherir a esta moratoria las y los pequeños contribuyentes deberán poseer domicilio fiscal electrónico, e informar en el servicio Declaración de CBU de la página web de la AFIP la Clave Bancaria Uniforme (CBU) de la cuenta corriente o de la caja de ahorro de la que se debitarán los importes correspondientes para la cancelación de cada uno de las cuotas.
La cantidad máxima de cuotas y la tasa de financiamiento a acceder dependerá de la categoría de las y los monotributistas.
