La madre de Máximo Thomsen atacó a los periodistas: “Tres años bancándonos a estos hijos de p…”
La condena a los ocho acusados por el crimen de Fernando Báez Sosa, cinco de ellos a prisión perpetua, generó la reacción de los padres de los jóvenes, que acusaron al periodismo por la cobertura del caso. “Tres años bancándonos a estos hijos de puta, ya no me importa nada”, gritó uno de ellos.
Tras el desmayo de Máximo Thomsen durante la lectura del veredicto, su mamá, Rosalía Zárate, no pudo contener la situación, según relataron varios periodistas que se encontraban presentes en la sala de audiencias de los Tribunales de Dolores.
“Máximo Thomsen se descompensó en la sala. Su madre, Rosalía, lo llamaba: ‘Machu, Machu’. Pedía estar con él mientras leían la sentencia. Reclamó al Tribunal que (nos) saquen a los periodistas que estamos acreditados en la cobertura del juicio”, escribió en sus redes sociales la periodista Victoria De Masi.
Luego, informó la cronista, expresó: “Tres años bancándonos a estos hijos de puta, ya no me importa nada”. “Nos sacaron a nosotros, y a familiares y amigos de Báez Sosa. Ahora las y los periodistas estamos en el hall de Tribunales viendo los abrazos y las palmadas en la espalda”, agregó.
En la misma línea va la información que consignó La Nación. De acuerdo al medio, Rosalía Zárate exclamó: “Esto es todo una mentira, saquen a todos los periodistas, la puta que los parió. Tres años torturándolo, no me importa más nada”.
También el periodista de policiales, Mauro Szeta, compartió las declaraciones de la madre de Thomsen durante el veredicto y aseguró que gritó: “Todo es culpa de ustedes”, en referencia a los comunicadores.
Crimen de Fernando Báez Sosa: los ocho acusados fueron declarados culpables
Máximo Thomsen, Ciro Pertossi, Enzo Comelli, Benicelli, Luciano Pertossi fueron condenados a prisión perpetua por el delito de “homicidio doblemente agravado por homicidio premeditación y alevosía en concurso real”.
En tanto, Ayrton Viollaz, Lucas Pertossi y Blas Cinalli fueron considerados partícipes necesarios y fueron condenados a 15 años de prisión. El Tribunal decidió posponer la lectura de la otra parte de la sentencia ya que Thomsen se descompensó y debió ser asistido.
Antes de saber la pena, Hugo Tomei, el abogado de los ocho acusados, pidió la palabra para solicitar si podían pararse para escuchar la sentencia, lo que fue avalado por los jueces.
