Las pulseras de Coldplay: Argentina lidera el ránking de devoluciones en Sudamérica
El show de Coldplay tiene varios elementos que se han convertido en tema de conversación en redes sociales y medios vinculados al espectáculo. Sin dudas, uno de los principales son las pulseras que se entregan al público en el ingreso, y que ayudan a completar el marco único a nivel visual que tiene el Music of the Spheres World Tour.
Las ya famosas Xylobands consisten en pulseras con iluminación LED que cambia de acuerdo a la canción o el momento del show. Esto gracias a un receptor de radiofrecuencia y un emisor de luz ubicado en cada pulsera, lo que permite sincronizarlas con diferentes diseños y colores.
Este accesorio, que hoy es clave en la propuesta visual del show a escala estadio de la banda británica, se ajusta al discurso sustentable de Coldplay. Por lo tanto, después de cada concierto los espectadores deben devolverlo. Tanto en la pulsera misma como en las pantallas del escenario se recuerda con insistencia este punto y hay personal de la organización específicamente destinado a solicitar la devolución a la salida.
Y en uno de sus últimos shows en Buenos Aires, la banda finalmente dio datos sobre la cantidad de gente que efectivamente regresa sus pulseras a la organización.
Contra algunos pronósticos iniciales que indicaban que en Argentina la devolución sería un fracaso, Buenos Aires se consagró como la ciudad latinoamericana con más porcentaje de retornos efectivos. Un 94% de los asistentes a los shows en River dejó su pulsera en los cestos ubicados a la salida de la cancha.
Detrás de la capital argentina, se ubica la trasandina. Santiago de Chile fue segunda en el ránking con un 86% de devoluciones, apenas por delante de Bogotá, Colombia (85%) y de Lima, Perú (82%). El dato fue compartido en Twitter por la cuenta Coldplayers in Town junto a una foto de la pantalla con el listado de porcentajes.
