El acto incluyó la actuación del joven acordeonista de chamamé Tomás Puntano y los versos de la artista distinguida de la ciudad y leyenda de la música del Litoral Nélida Argentina Zenón.
Cuna musical
En los considerandos, expresados por el intendente Musso, se explica que Rosario “es cuna de distintas corrientes musicales que van desde la cumbia santafesina hasta La Trova, entonces para nosotros es importante estar en la vidriera de una de las principales ciudades del país”.
Sostuvo además que “el Pre Cosquín es uno de los certámenes más federales, con 80 sedes en total, incluida Rosario”.
Por su parte, Javkin valoró el compromiso, ponderó los talentos locales y hasta se animó a cantar algunas estrofas del cancionero folclórico.
El convenio con el Festival de Cosquín será presentado oficialmente en la Fiesta Nacional de Colectividades de noviembre próximo y en la reactivación del predio de la Ex Rural para 2023.
Según fuentes municipales, durante el encuentro se abordaron además otros temas como “las alianzas estratégicas entre provincias, el turismo, la agenda cultural, la difusión y la programación focalizada en el género folclórico”.
Categorías y audiciones
Así, quedará abierta la inscripción en once categorías: solista vocal, dúo vocal, conjunto vocal, solista instrumental, solista de malambo, conjunto de malambo, pareja de baile tradicional, pareja de baile estilizada, conjunto folclórico y tema inédito.
Las audiciones se realizarán del 25, 26 y 27 de noviembre en el Anfiteatro Municipal a través de las cuales los artistas seleccionados podrán participar en el escenario del Pre Cosquín y del Festival de Cosquín en enero de 2023.
El formulario de inscripción estará disponible en el sitio de la Secretaría de Cultural municipal a partir del 1° de noviembre.
¿Qué es el Pre Cosquín?
El Certamen para Nuevos Valores Pre Cosquín busca reconocer el talento de artistas de todo el país que presenten propuestas de raíz folclórica en música y danza, dándoles la posibilidad de llegar al Festival Nacional de Folclore de Cosquín.
A los fines de poder generar mayor participación federal en el certamen la Comisión Municipal de Folclore de Cosquín otorga la posibilidad a organismos públicos y Organizaciones No Gubernamentales sin fines de lucro de constituirse en sedes del certamen en distintas localidades, a los fines de que efectúen la preselección de los participantes que concursarán, difundan y promuevan la iniciativa.
