Detienen a sujeto y recuperan diversos objetos robados
El hecho se llevó a cabo en base a una denuncia interpuesta por el dueño de una empresa constructora, el día 2 de enero en sede de la Comisaria Comunitaria Nº 12.
Personal del área de investigaciones comenzaron arduas tareas investigativas, las cuales llevaban a un domicilio ubicado en calle Publica y Urquiza prolongación del barrio San Carlos de la ciudad de La Banda.
Por tal motivo y con la intervención de la fiscalía a cargo de la Dra Pacheco Cecilia y mediante Orden firmada por el Juez de Control y Garantía Dr. Carlos E. Ordoñez Ducca. Efectivos policiales realizaron un allanamiento en la vivienda antes mencionada, en donde, los efectivos lograron recuperar; dos farolas, dos reflectores (un pequeño y un grande), 4 metros de cable de color azul y marrón con forro negro, (4), cajas de cerámicos (2) bolsas de cemento.
Los uniformados, también lograron demorar al apodado cumpa Villalba, de 27 años, a quien fue trasladó a sede policial., donde la fiscalía interviniente dispuso la aprehensión del sujeto.
