Argentina en la cima del fútbol mundial: se llevó todos los premios “The Best”
Los argentinos Lionel Messi, Emiliano “Dibu” Martínez y el entrenador del seleccionado nacional, Lionel Scaloni se quedaron con el premio The Best, que se entregó este lunes en Paris.
La nominación a Messi fue como mejor futbolista, al “Dibu” Martínez como el arquero más destacado y a Scaloni como el entrenador sobresaliente. Y a ellos se sumó la hinchada argentina como “mejor afición”, en el marco del Mundial Qatar 2022 que ganó la Selección argentina.
El proceso de votación contó de tres instancias: la primera, con el voto del público; la segunda, por parte de un grupo seleccionado de periodistas; y el restante integrado por los técnicos de las selecciones nacionales inscriptas en la FIFA y sus capitanes.
Homenaje a Pelé
La apertura de la ceremonia tuvo palabras sentidas del presidente de la FIFA, Gianni Infantino, quien recordó grandes figuras del fútbol mundial como el serbio Sinisa Mihajlovic y “O Rei” Pelé.
Luego de las palabras del máximo dirigente del fútbol mundial un video en homenaje al astro brasileño que murió en 2022.
Ronaldo Nazario Da Lima, “O Fenómeno” fue parte del reconocimiento al ex capitán de Brasil, tres veces campeón del Mundo.
La última esposa de Edson Arantes Do Nascimento, Marcia Cibele Aoki, quien falleció el pasado 29 de diciembre fue partícipe del homenaje.

El arquero del seleccionado argentino de fútbol fue galardonado por sobre sus colegas: el marroquí Thibaut Courtoisy el marroquí Bono.
“Es algo muy lindo para mi carrera y mi historia. Es un orgullo para mi país el ganar un Mundial tras 36 años es hermoso. La gente sabe lo pasional que es ser argentino”, dijo Martínez en el escenario principal del The Best.
